Oscar Mponda, Country Director
Oscar Mponda is our Country Director. He joined MST initially as an advisor and subsequently project manager. He now works full time for us managing our work in country , making regular visits to the schools we are engaged with and coordinating materials supply.
Oscar is a passionate, respected educationalist and lay preacher.
He has teaching experience at all levels of primary, secondary and tertiary institutions in Malawi. For the last few years he has served as Education and Projects Officer with the Anglican Diocese of Lake Malawi.
Before that he was Deputy Head of Part for a US Aid project to improve Primary Schools in Malawi.
